As the first luxury hotel to open in Cape Town in nearly a decade, the resort is designed to celebrate the city’s wine, art, design and spirit, balancing contemporary glamour with an authentic South African style.
Tonight enjoy dinner at Reubens, where food is deceptively simple, wholesome bistro fare, with fresh flavors, generous portions and beautifully plated dishes. The restaurant has a sophisticated, but unfussy, brasserie feel and the food provides the exciting combination of local flavours that one would expect from one of South Africa's most loved chefs, Reuben Riffel.
Reuben's appeals to the culinary side of the soul and will be enjoyed by young and old alike.
